Mangalore Housing began in November 2014 as a simple Facebook page. We shared property listings in and around Mangalore, and a few sales followed. The first customers came through trust and word of mouth, and that is still how we grow. As we worked, we noticed something about the market. Real estate broking in Mangalore was largely unorganized. Customers and brokers did not trust each other, and buyers and sellers often felt unsure about who to rely on and what to expect.

We saw this as an opportunity to do things differently. We asked ourselves: what if we brought organization, transparency and world-class service to this fragmented market? Our market research gave us the answer. Customers are willing to pay a premium for exceptional service built on trust and integrity. So we built Mangalore Housing on three things:

Over the years, our consistent effort and genuine relationships have earned us the confidence of our clients. What began as a one-person page is today a team of 20, all working to the same standard of honesty and service. We aim to be more than brokers.
